During installation, there was a minor concern about the width of one of the shades we had ordered. David immediately indicated that they would replace it, as he wanted us to be completely satisfied. We are!
As an aside, if you choose to use this company, please ask David to talk with you about an amazing community organization they are involved with. I considered learning about this aspect of their professional lives a real bonus.
