This review refers to a complete leather restoration for my 2004 Cadillac interior. The quality of work done by Kristin Ottesen Upholstery far exceeded my expectations. The timing was better than quoted, a pleasant surprise. The materials were top notch and matched the original color and texture. Minute touches and attention to detail are apparently a trait of this shop. And the cost of the restoration was an absolute bargain compared to the value added to my vehicle. This shop is highly recommended.
