First time home buyer here and I am glad we went with Bergman Home Inspection! Jonathan has years of experience and knowledge in the home inspection business. As a first time home buyer, it was a little stressful because we bought an older home that was built in 1959 with older construction. Jonathan went through the in's and out's of our home with a fine tooth comb to make sure we didn't have any surprises that could have delayed escrow. Jonathan spent over two hours at the home inspecting every component of the home and didn't overlook anything. As a first time home buyer I didn't know what to expect with the whole process. Jonathan made the process very easy. He was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable, thorough, and answered all of our millions of questions that we had during the inspection. He took pictures of everything and was able to explain everything in detail after the he was done. I feel like now I understand my new home much better.
