I've purchased a number of homes - to live in and as an investor. I think the only people I've met that liked real estate agents less than I do are other real estate agents. Before I hired Rogelio I asked for references - and actually called them. Even before I hired him he was incredibly helpful. He sent me a title report, went out and looked at the property, made recommendations. OK, sure. But after I hire you, you're going to drop the ball, right? Nope. He runs his business like a well-oiled machine. He helped me find both a handyman and someone to clean the property. We listed it at a good price and got well over 10 offers the first weekend. The house sold quickly and I didn't have to deal with the last minute hassles that so many realtors cause their clients by not doing their homework up-front. I never thought I'd be recommending a realtor, but I guess life surprises you sometimes. I highly recommend Rogelio as the realtor that every other realtor out there should aspire to be.
