My wife and I needed a dog sitter in a pinch while visiting Crested Butte. We were referred to Pet Au Pairs by our hotel and boy are we glad. Reggie (our dog) had an amazing time! Meg (our Au Pair) was amazing, periodically giving us updates/pictures throughout the day. I would highly recommend this service to anyone without hesitation. Meg stayed at our house and watched our two cats for for a little over 3 weeks.. my daughter was a little anxious leaving the cats and Meg's system completely put her at ease. It was so great to see pics of them in the morning an evening. Our daughter...and us, were completely happy seeing how well they were taken care of! So thoughtful and soothing to our daughter who didn't have to worry! Thank you so much!

Meg, Took the Best care of our aging standard poodle. Of course going out of town unexpected things happen and Meg took him to vet and then helped with Meds and then groomer. High praise for Meg and her engergy and heart on how she took care of our Boy!
Meg has taken care of our two kitties for the past year as we travel quite a bit. One cat needs a daily pill, the other gets into trouble a lot - recently needed twice daily meds and ointment. Meg always knows what to do and how to do it! She gives them a lot of attention - always sends us pics, so we know they are happy, healthy, and hardly even missing us! We feel very lucky to have her here in CB :)
Our dogs travel with us however were unable to for a work trip. The sitter came a day early to meet our dogs and learn about their needs. She sent updates while we were gone so I knew the dogs were happy. Pet Au Pairs stands above the rest; I highly recommend them. Very personable and friendly!
While hiking in CB, my boy Boomer cut his leg on some barbed wire. Ouch! Special thanks to Pet Au Pairs for meeting us at the trail head and helping get him all bandaged up!
It was great to know our dogs would be in great hands while we were out of town. The 2 dogs together can sometimes be a handful, but Meg handled them no problem, took them on hikes and snuggled with them. The communication was great and we even got photos of our happy pups. We will definitely use Meg again when we need a dogsitter!
Meg from Pet Au Pairs took care of our cat for a week. Usually we try not to leave him for that long, but after a trial weekend we knew he would be fine with Meg looking out for him. She texted during our time away to let us know how he was doing and even sent pictures. When we arrived home, our cat was happy, the house was in perfect condition and the litter box was clean. It was the first time I've been away that long that I had no worries at all about our car or the person coming in and out of our home. Pet Au Pairs is now our "go-to" pet sitting service for anytime we travel!!

She quickly picked up on the the things they love to do and incorporated those things into her daily visits. She is a great communicator- texting when she's done and sending the most amazing photos! Any time our travel plans do not allow for our beloved boxer to accompany us, finding the right pet sitter has always been paramount. Meg exceeded our expectations on all fronts over the years having cared for Gibson on many occasions. She has a genuine love for animals and we always know our dog is in great hands. Meg is an excellent communicator and maintains attention to all the fine details. Being an older dog, Gibson has more specific requirements with regards to his care but Meg is always a step ahead with planning and providing the special touches to make sure our big guy is happy & healthy. Meg has been caring for our two large dogs since they were puppies. She also cared for their predecessor, our Chocolate Lab, all with the love and kindness of a true animal lover. Meg stays in our home with our girls and takes them hiking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing and swimming in the mountains.
