Yette provided excellent service to Office of Financial Assistance (OFA) within the Nevada Division of Environmentak Project. She conducted OFA's biennial Self-Assessment per NRS 353A.020, she also prepared a Risk Assessment and evaluated financial information from loan borrowers as part of the OFA's annual review. Yette was an absolute joy to work with. Despite the added stress and pressre of working remotely due to COVID-19 pandemic, Yette always maintained a pleasant, cheerful and professional attitude.
