We found Umbare' through our designer and they remodeled the core of our house: Kitchen, living room, dining room, entry way, family room and library. It was an extensive remodel with removal of columns, a wall, knee-walls, ceiling features, lighting, all new cabinets, appliances, flooring, paint and a gorgeous T shaped island. The job was slated to take 2 to 3 months. These guys came in like a hurricane! Once they understood what we wanted, they took complete control, handled all of the trades, and made our lives as easy as any construction work I've ever had done. The job was not only done on-budget, but it was completed in less than 4 weeks! Dan Tripoli pushed his people hard and they worked weekends and evenings to get the project done. The workmanship and quality of materials are excellent and we couldn't be happier. To top it all off, at the end of the job, they brought in a crew to powerwash the entire house, lanai and cage, and to power scrub the driveway, and another crew to clean the house top to bottom! They even washed the windows. Kenny came in before we got there and they went over the house in detail to make sure everything was perfect and the grand unveiling was fantastic! There were lots of really nice touches, like the under-counter lighting strips that really make the kitchen just 'pop'. We loved that there were no cost overruns, or additional charges. Dan, Kenny and Zee were very responsive and kept us in the loop all the way through without being pests. I believe this is the first time I've ever had a contractor do work that I didn't feel like I had to hover over everything they did. It was easy, comfortable, the people that they sub with are craftsmen, and the final result is outstanding. Thank you very much, Umbare' for a fantastic experience and a beautiful home! Well done!

I’m very familiar with Umbarè builders. These guys are the best interior / exterior designers you can possibly imagine. They are really – really good! A lot of people use them, they’re very reputable, and they’re there when you need them. Any time you need something seriously done - inside or outside – talk to the Umbarè guys and ask for Dan.

We’re very happy with the Umbarè Elite Accent Package that we just had in our home. What was great for us was that it was within the price we saw on the website. The Umbarè design team came and really customized that design within our home and the team that came were fantastically efficient and got the job done in really good time. We felt really comfortable with them around our house every day and around our family and we were really pleased every day we could go back to our lives every evening. I think the great thing for us is that for the price that we paid for this, we know that were going to really enjoy living around this every day, and were going to get the price back - at least and some more - when we sell the house, which is really important.
