So lets get this straight i have not used this company before. I did however contact them for almost a whole home remodel. I have yet to see a reputable company price gouge this aggressively before. First off they wont come to the home to give an estimate they just have “set prices sight unseen as their formula” over the phone i was told to tile an approximate 150sqft shower with myself providing the tile would cost me $8000 at least and to do the bathroom full remodel with me proving the material would be a minimum of $21,000 and mind you the bathroom is only 9x5… I was then told to demo and tile and again myself providing the tile for an approximate 900-1000sqft would cost me $12,600 minimum. We did not get any further to my numerous other tasks such as my kitchen and laundry room and some wall accents because they were unable to tell me how they were coming up with these prices and the only answer i got was virtually thats they dont want “small jobs” like this so they just over bid the job to not waste their time. NOT ONLY DOES THE COMPANY REPLY TO THE POOR REVIEW I LEFT FOR EXPOSING THEM THEY THEN TRY TO DISCREDIT ME WHEN I HAVE A W2 TO PROVE MY PROFESSION AND NOT ONLY DOES THIS HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEIR PRICING ITS JUST A SAD ATTEMPT TO TRY MOVING THE SPOTLIGHT OFF OF THEM. YOUR BUSINESS RECORDS ALL CALLS SO THATS THE PROOF IN THE PUDDING RIGHT THERE THAT NOTHING I HAVE STATED IN THIS REVIEW IS FALSE OR MISLEADING.

Highly recommend Dan and Umbare Home Remodeling. From start to finish it was a really great experience. Remodels (big or small) can be stressful. We have two young children, day, busy schedules, etc, and the home remodel (dining room, living room, floors, walls, etc) was done in a super clean, timely, professional manner within budget, and exceeded expectations in terms of quality and finish!

I just had my new house in Lakewood Ranch remodeled by Umbare Home Remodeling and it is beautiful. I relocated from Sarasota and Dan completely transformed my space! These contractors remodeled my kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, installed new flooring and accent walls, and painted the interior and exterior of my new home. I could not be happier with my experience. Everything was done very professionally with great care. These local to Lakewood ranch contractors made sure everything was executed to perfection and were very personable to make sure they did the job the way I dreamt it would come out. I had them tear up old carpet and install hardwood and tile all through out my house and it is stunning. I had intricate tile work installed in my showers and in my kitchen as well. This company is fantastic and I will be sure to use them again in future homes!

My wife and I were very pleased with the Elite Accent Wall that Dan and his team installed. The end product turned out just the way we imagined it. Mike and Zee did a great job. They were very polite, neat and were always ensuring that each step was done to our liking. Dan was extremely responsive and on top of the project at all times. I would definitely recommend Umbare.

We wanted a unique and more modern vibe to our Lake House and that extended to our pool and lounge area. We even wanted a cool modern concrete look in-wall fire place for chilling out during cooler months. We met with several builders in our area and they either didn’t give us a sense of quality or they would only do one style. Dan and Team Umbare were the only ones that had both a great reputation and willingness to step up to the plate. They worked with our design and helped ensure our vision came to life while always making sure quality and respect for local codes were maintained.
