We are so appreciative for the wonderful remodel work Umbaré completed on our new home. We almost didn’t buy the condo for fear of not being able to get through a remodel project of this size with our sanity intact. All the stories we read about contractors leaving jobs unfinished or completely abandoned made the decision to move forward with the purchase of the condo very difficult. Regardless, we forged ahead and did some research and found Umbaré and the Umbaré.com web site – which intrigued us quite a bit. We'd never seen a site like this which had projects presented from basic to custom – and a few in between, WITH PRICES… This gave us the idea that we may be able to accomplish a remodel of the condo, within or very close to, our budget. After browsing the Umbaré site we decided to make the call… Jessica answered the phone, handed the call off to Dan. Planning the whole project came together within a few days. We closed on the purchase of the condo on Jan. 31st, and with Umbaré.com and Dan’s design and presentation of our requirements, we signed the contract for the remodel on Feb. 5th.
It was a whirlwind, but in less than 90 days we witnessed and old tired condo be brought back to a quasi-contemporary miracle work-of-art! We moved into our new home on April 30th, and we truly believe that some divine intervention occurred that made this all possible. We are so grateful!
