We used Cheri and David again!! This time for our new loft in the same historic textile mill. We loved our former contemporary window treatments but this time wanted to go with a super minimalist look. As before, Cheri came to our home and showed us samples of the designs meeting our preference and offered her invaluable advice. We selected the heaviest gauge mesh solar panels for our huge factory windows--in white. They arrived yesterday. And as before, her husband, David, installed them expertly. This truly is a family owned and run business! OMG!! THEY EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. Not only did they look perfect (think of a Swedish aesthetic), but the new design had the feel and glide of an electric shade!! In a move where everything went wrong, this went really right!

My husband and I recently built and moved into our dream house. I went online to choose a company to do our window treatments. My initial plan was to obtain estimates and interview a number of companies. My first appointment was with Palmetto Window Fashions. First, I was impressed that they sent a sales consultant within two days. Second, I was impressed with our consultant's knowledge and professionalism. She arrived promptly on time and was prepared with samples and knowledge. I loved her attitude, her knowledge, and her desire to listen to my concerns. The price she quoted for blinds was reasonable. We placed our order and were told about four weeks. Two weeks later I received a call that our order was in and ready to install. The installer was delightful, also very personable. We were so pleased with the product. My husband and I had initially decided we did not want window coverings to hide the view from our sunroom and library, but I began to worry about sun damage. I called them back and asked for another consultation. This time she arrived, again promptly on time, accompanied by David. They came prepared to show me beautiful shades that roll up, in no way obscuring our view. Their suggestion is perfect for our home. The rolled up shades fit so perfectly with our paint, trim, and decor. I cannot offer enough praise for this company. All of the people we met, David, Cheri, Andrew, Noah, were totally professional and dedicated to giving us the best service. This company is the best!
