My husband and I used Rain Forest Tours for a day trip from San Jose to the LaPaz Waterfall Gardens and Poas Volcano. None of their itineraries fit exactly what we wanted to do, so Arturo custom made the plans for the day for exactly what we asked. Our driver/guide was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed visiting with him throughout the day. Everything ran smoothly, and we enjoyed both locations. I would recommend Rain Forest Tours to anyone!

Hi Arturo, We are heading to San Jose and I can definitely sum up our journey in Costa Rica. We had great time. The trip was perfectly organized; The attractions were excellent (on a personal note, the ones in La Fortuna were much better than the Monteverde ones). The guides (with one exception - we already covered it) were super professional and even the drivers were polite and helpful. So the overall experience was very good. Rainforest tours did an exceptional job planning our vacation. Arturo was responsive to all of my questions and change requests through the planning process and really listened to what we wanted to experience. During the vacation, he was accessible and responded when I had a medical issue. Arturo was fantastic! The vacation was perfect. Everything ran seamlessly from the moment we arrived at the airport to the moment we left. The tours were fantastic, the hotels were beautiful and well appointed, and the transportation between locations was perfectly timed. Costa Rica is a wonderful country. I highly recommend Rainforest Tours when you decide to plan your trip.

It is without hesitation that I would recommend Arturo Napoles and Rain Forest Tours if you are considering a vacation to Costa Rica. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to reach throughout the planning process and while we were on vacation in CR. Every driver and tour guide was beyond kind and extremely knowledgeable about the forest, the animals, the topography, etc. We booked a wide range of activities through Arturo including ziplining, night hikes, natural hot springs, hike at the national park, hanging bridges, and more. He assisted us at a moment's notice when we wanted to change one activity to allow for another spontaneous activity we decided to try (waterfall rappelling- which I also HIGHLY recommend!). He was quick to reply, most helpful and always very kind and patient. All the hotels he booked for us were located close to town allowing us to explore the local culture, food, and shopping too! The information he provided prior to departing for vacation was thorough, and very helpful. In summary, I would definitely recommend Arturo and Rain Forest Tours if you are considering a Costa Rican family adventure! Arturo was great to work with in planning our first trip to Costa Rica. He was prompt in responding to all of my questions and helped rearrange some plans when our flights changed.
