Rainforest tours did an exceptional job planning our vacation. Arturo was responsive to all of my questions and change requests through the planning process and really listened to what we wanted to experience. During the vacation, he was accessible and responded when I had a medical issue. Arturo was fantastic! The vacation was perfect. Everything ran seamlessly from the moment we arrived at the airport to the moment we left. The tours were fantastic, the hotels were beautiful and well appointed, and the transportation between locations was perfectly timed. Costa Rica is a wonderful country. I highly recommend Rainforest Tours when you decide to plan your trip.

It is without hesitation that I would recommend Arturo Napoles and Rain Forest Tours if you are considering a vacation to Costa Rica. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to reach throughout the planning process and while we were on vacation in CR. Every driver and tour guide was beyond kind and extremely knowledgeable about the forest, the animals, the topography, etc. We booked a wide range of activities through Arturo including ziplining, night hikes, natural hot springs, hike at the national park, hanging bridges, and more. He assisted us at a moment's notice when we wanted to change one activity to allow for another spontaneous activity we decided to try (waterfall rappelling- which I also HIGHLY recommend!). He was quick to reply, most helpful and always very kind and patient. All the hotels he booked for us were located close to town allowing us to explore the local culture, food, and shopping too! The information he provided prior to departing for vacation was thorough, and very helpful. In summary, I would definitely recommend Arturo and Rain Forest Tours if you are considering a Costa Rican family adventure! Arturo was great to work with in planning our first trip to Costa Rica. He was prompt in responding to all of my questions and helped rearrange some plans when our flights changed. We had a FABULOUS time in beautiful Costa Rica! It was my the first time using a travel agency to book an entire vacation for us and it won't be the last - it was flawless! Arturo and Rainforest Tours took care of everything and saved me countless hours of planning and stress both before and during the trip! We gave Arturo our budget and he arranged all lodging, transportation and tours for our 10 day vacation. A highlight of the trip was 3 days at Casa Corcovado on the Osa Peninsula. It was remote, incredibly beautiful and the jungle lodge was like nothing I have ever experienced - and we would never have known about it without Arturo!! Over our 10 day trip we went hiking, snorkeling, rafting, zip lining, horseback riding, spent a lot of time relaxing in Tabacon hot springs, saw the beauty of the country with knowledgeable guides and still had plenty of time to explore on our own. We never had to worry about transportation, every driver was early to pick us up, courteous and shared their love of Costa Rica with us! Arturo was also able to accomodate a last minute change request from me on our white water rafting trip. Highly recommend Arturo and Rainforest Tours!!
