Ross helped us out at the TeachAllAboutIt Tuition Centre getting our WiFi at full speed across the building & laptops up to spec. He gave us the information about what was needed, explained why, and had the issues solved in no time at all. Personable, punctual and professional - from my first contact on this was a positive experience! Our beloved PC had suffered an accidental assault from a cup of spilled tea. I called around and Ross stood out from the beginning. I have some experience with the software side of machines, but am not so confident with electronics/hardware. Ross brought all the knowledge and equipment to my home - alongside a positive 'can-do' attitude with warmth and good humour. He worked with patience and care - and thankfully (almost miraculously) the PC was restored to health. Ross appreciated how important an investment this was for me and my son and I am beyond grateful! PS - all this, and very competitive prices too.

I called Ross because my PC at home was, I thought, terminally S-l-o-w and because i had inadvertently lost 'Office' in it's entirety. He completely sorted out my PC my fitting a new Hard Drive and more recent Office. My computer is now running better than it has ever done and it was all done at home. Ross was very punctual, knowledgeable and very patient dealing with my questions. I cannot fault his abilities, the way he presented himself and the precautions he took regarding Covid-19. I chose him because of his 5* reviews and i will continue that trend without hesitation.
