Ross had been a breathe of fresh air in terms of PC help. He quickly realised the problem with my PC...a honest straight forward explanation and fast service got my PC upgraded and working much better. He is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic...when there was a slight problem with some settings he returned within hours to get it all working perfectly...I would recommend him 100%
