Support for Windows 7 came to an end so I bought a new computer which had windows 10. Ross was extremely helpful in transferring all my data to the new Acer. And because the model I had bought was not man enough for Windows 10 , he added more memory and installed a SSD so that I finally ended up with a faster machine. He made sure I was happily up and running before leaving....nothing was too much trouble. I wish I had found him before I made the purchase and sought advice.unreservedly recommended.

Ross replaced the track pad on my MacBook and installed Office for me. Very pleased and he is very pleasant to deal with. Love the fact that he collects from your home and delivers it back...great service! He actually did the work a while ago...Sorry Ross for the delay in writing this review!

Excellent service. Friendly and efficient. He kept me informed at every step of the process and did the work to a high standard and in a timely manner. He also picked the computer up and dropped it off to me when fixed. Would recommend to anyone.
